Who we are.
We are Jason & Kari Conner, a husband and wife caving team, who are interested in promoting safe
and ecologically proper caving in our community. We have been caving for quite a while now, and
are still just as excited every time we enter a cave. Even if it's a cave we've been in many times in
the past.
About Caving 101
Caving 101 is a class that was written by Jason & Kari Conner. It is intended for use as a not for profit
class that is free to anyone to participate in. It was designed as a tool to educate and promote caving
in our local area. Most people don't know that there are over 700 wild caves in Colorado alone!
Why should I get certified?
In addition to the class itself, we also organize several caving trips every year throughout the state of
Colorado. In order to be included on these trips, you have to have taken the class and passed the
exam with at least a 75% score.
